  1. Pace Properties represented ARG SPSPIL001, LLC in the lease of 58,000 square feet of retail space at Southwest Plaza in Springfield, IL to Academy Sports + Outdoors, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
  2. Pace Properties represented ARG SVJEFMO001, LLC in the lease of 45,000 square feet of retail space at Stoneridge Village in Jefferson City, MO to Academy Sports + Outdoors, represented by Location Commercial Real Estate.
  3. Pace Properties represented Five Below in the lease of 9,500 square feet of retail at Twin City Plaza in Crystal City, MO from Twin City Estate Corporation, represented by RL Jones Properties.
  4. Pace Properties represented Carter’s in the lease of 4,196 square feet of retail space at Prewitt’s Point in Osage Beach, MO from Prewitts Hwy 54 Enterprises, LLC, represented by Maly Commercial Realty.
  5. Pace Properties represented LBL LLLP in the sale of a 3,060 square foot retail building at 6000 S Highway 94 in Weldon Spring, MO to 6000 Highway 94 LLC.
  6. Pace Properties represented Chipotle Mexican Grill in the lease of 2,394 square feet of retail at 2010 Zumbehl Rd in St. Charles, MO from St. Charles Retail Management II, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.
  7. Pace Properties represented Great Clips in the lease renewal of 1,200 square feet of retail space at Dorsett Square in Maryland Heights, MO from Berg-Cahokia, LLC.
  8. Pace Properties represented Chick-Fil-A in the lease of 1.45 acres of land at Dorsett Village in Maryland Heights, MO from MCW RD Dorsett Village, LLC, represented by The Desco Group.
  9. Pace Properties represented Lila, Inc. in the sale of 1.38 acres of land at the Shoppes at Hawk Ridge in Lake St. Louis, MO to Borello Orthodontics, LLC.
