1.       Pace Properties represented Brune Family LP in the sale of 57.98 acres at 1514 Wentzville Parkway in Wentzville, MO to Wentzville Bend, LLC.

2.       Pace Properties represented Lanter Company in the sale of a 303,626 square foot industrial building at 4101 & 4110 Empire Road in Kansas City, MO to SRRT Properties LP.

3.       Pace Properties represented Shadrall 2855 Dunn, LP in the sale of 162,504 square feet of retail space on 35.93 acres at 2855 Dunn Rd in St. Louis, MO to Amerco Real Estate Company.

4.       Pace Properties represented Jerry W Ackerman Sr Trust in the sale of 3.52 acres of land at 3600 S Kingshighway Blvd in St Louis, MO to Baldridge-Ryken, LLC, also represented by Pace Properties.

5.       Pace Properties represented McDonald’s USA, LLC in the sale of approximately 1 acre of land at 3635 S Big Bend Blvd in Webster Groves, MO to Great Rivers Greenway.

6.       Pace Properties represented Shake Shack in the lease of 4,210 square feet of retail space at Ladue Crossing in Ladue, MO from SM Properties IV, LLC, represented by Desco Group.

7.       Pace Properties represented Duggins Holdings LLC in the lease of 2,200 square feet of industrial space to Sieveking, Inc., represented by Scout Realty Group.

8.       Pace Properties represented Grant Real Estate II, LLC in the lease of 2,200 square feet of industrial space at 773 Merus Ct in Fenton, MO to Gtx Express Inc.

9.       Pace Properties represented Arnold Park Mall, LLC in the lease of 1,347 square feet of retail space at Arnold Park Mall in Arnold, MO to Bi-State Cardiovascular Consultants, PC.

10.   Pace Properties represented St. Louis Digital Media in the lease of 1,186 square feet of office space at 2200 Westport Plaza Drive in Maryland Heights, MO from Plaza Realty, Inc., represented by The White Company.

11.   Pace Properties represented Calava Enterprises, LLC in the lease of 863 square feet of office space at 7310-7314 Manchester Road in Maplewood, MO to Canvas Boutique Maplewood.

12.   Pace Properties represented Sunrise Scents LLC in the lease of 850 square feet of retail space at 7947 Big Bend Blvd in Webster Groves, MO from Big Bend Investments, LLC, represented by Hagen Properties.
