2. Pace Properties represented MDC Green Park 2, LLC in the sale of 110-111 Rock Cliff Ct in Green Park, MO to Wingate Investments, LLC.
3. Pace Properties represented Pace-New Ballwin Associates, LLC in the sale of a 14,490 square foot retail building at 15253 Manchester Road in Ballwin, MO to Creek Drive Partners, LP.
4. Pace Properties represented MDC Rider Trail in the lease of 12,536 square feet of industrial space at 13738 Rider Trail North in Earth City, MO to Battery Systems, Inc.
5. Pace Properties represented Carafiol’s Properties Company, L.C. in the lease of 12,000 square feet of retail space at Carafiol Plaza in Bridgeton, MO to Once Upon a Child, represented by Avison Young.
6. Pace Properties represented Five Below in the lease of 8,450 square feet of retail space at Wentzville Crossroads Marketplace West in Wentzville, MO from THF Wentzville Two Development, LLC.
7. Pace Properties represented Advanced Sight Center in the lease renewal of 8,400 square feet of retail space at West Park in St. Louis, MO from West Park Retail, LLC.
8. Pace Properties represented Smash in the lease of 5,564 square feet of office space at 12125 Woodcrest Executive Drive in Creve Coeur, MO from Bamboo Woodcrest Holdings.
9. Pace Properties represented MDC Bonhomme, LLC in the lease renewal of 1,993 square feet of office space at 7711 Bonhomme Ave in Clayton, MO to 7711 Bonhomme Law, LLC.
10. Pace Properties represented F. Lee Singale Trust & Edgar Ellerman Trust in the sale of a 1,950 square foot building at 1025 E. Main St. in Carbondale, IL to Zoellner Commercial LLC.
