Senior Associate - Brokerage
Nicole Daugherty is a Senior Associate in Brokerage with the Kansas City retail team, specializing in landlord and tenant representation across the Kansas City market. She works with retailers, landlords, and developers on retail sales and leasing assignments across a range of property types and market segments.
Nicole brings experience representing more than 1.75 million square feet of retail space and has been involved in numerous retail lease and sales transactions throughout Missouri and Kansas.
She is active in the retail real estate industry through organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), WIRED KC, the Leawood Chamber of Commerce, and the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce.
Nicole earned a Bachelor of General Studies in Communication Studies with a minor in Business from the University of Kansas.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and son, James. She also enjoys golfing, traveling, and time with friends and family.
