Senior Vice President - Brokerage
As Senior Vice President at Pace Properties’ Omaha office, Ben focuses on retail tenant and landlord representation, providing strategic advice on site selection, leasing, and development across the Midwest and nationwide.
With over 20 years of experience in retail real estate, Ben offers a unique operator’s perspective shaped by his early career in sporting goods retail management. He started his brokerage career in 2004 with Grubb & Ellis and has since become a leading retail specialist in the Omaha market and beyond.
Ben’s transaction experience covers more than 30 states and includes a variety of deal types, from small-shop and inline leasing to anchor tenants, land assemblages, and ground-up development. He has represented local entrepreneurs, national retailers, and institutional investors. Additionally, as both a developer and owner of retail assets, he has gained a well-rounded industry understanding from multiple perspectives.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Concordia College and is an active member of ICSC and ChainLinks. Throughout his career, Ben has held several leadership roles within ICSC, including State Chairman and Director, Next Generation Chairman, and Retail Chairman.
Ben enjoys spending his free time outside of work with his wife, Tami, and their four children, often going on outdoor adventures together.
