Senior Associate - Brokerage
Sam Rolfe is a Senior Associate with Pace Properties, part of the firm’s growing Omaha team, focusing on retail brokerage across the Midwest.
Sam joined Pace Properties in 2026, alongside the launch of the firm’s Omaha office. He brings more than seven years of commercial real estate experience, primarily in retail brokerage, with a background that also includes brokerage administration and property management. This diverse experience gives him a well-rounded, big-picture perspective when evaluating opportunities and structuring deals for his clients.
Sam began his career at Ogden & Company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he started as a student intern before transitioning to a full-time brokerage role. In 2022, he returned to his hometown of Omaha to focus on retail brokerage and continue building his career in the Midwest.
His transaction experience includes retail leasing, investment sales, land sales, and ground leases. Notably, Sam played a key role in the repositioning of Settler’s Creek Shopping Center in Papillion, helping increase occupancy from 54% to 100% in just 18 months, which ultimately led to the successful sale of the property.
Sam earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics and Commercial Real Estate from Marquette University’s Vieth Institute for Real Estate Leadership. He remains actively involved with the Marquette Real Estate Alumni Association and regularly mentors students, including hosting a student shadow at the ICSC conference in Las Vegas.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys cheering on the Creighton Bluejays, spending time outdoors mountain biking, hunting, and fishing, and going on adventures with his beagle, Indiana “Indy” Bones.
