Brian Houlihan is a Vice President of Brokerage in the Omaha office, specializing in landlord and tenant representation and investment sales, with a focus on retail development and redevelopment opportunities across the Midwest.
He advises institutional and private ownership groups, as well as national and regional retailers, on site selection, portfolio growth, and value-maximization strategies.
Brian began his commercial real estate career in 2018, focusing on retail investment sales, acquisitions, and tenant representation. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in regional and national transactions, providing clients with strategic insight into market positioning, value creation, and long-term asset performance. He is known for his analytical approach, strong industry relationships, and ability to navigate complex deal structures.
Brian is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and ChainLinks Retail Advisors.
Outside the office, Brian enjoys traveling, staying active with his Belgian Malinois, Luna, and spending time with family and friends.
