Jared Sullivan serves as a Vice President of Brokerage in the Omaha office, specializing in tenant representation and strategic site selection for national and regional brands.
With more than 10 years of brokerage experience, Jared helps retailers identify, secure, and execute high-performing locations aligned with their long-term growth strategies.
He has represented a diverse roster of clients across the retail, restaurant, medical, and service sectors, including Topgolf, Shake Shack, TJX Companies, Brakes Plus, Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, Chick-fil-A, Heartland Dental, and Unleashed Brands. His expertise spans market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, and portfolio growth strategy. While his primary focus is tenant representation, Jared also brings a strong understanding of development and the leasing of high-quality retail environments.
Prior to brokerage, Jared served six years on active duty in the United States Air Force, where he developed a disciplined, results-driven approach that continues to shape his client relationships.
Outside the office, Jared enjoys time with his family, following St. Louis sports, and splitting time between the ice rink and the dartboard.
