Justin Costello is a Senior Associate in the Omaha office, where he specializes in retail tenant and landlord representation across the Midwest.
Justin graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with a degree in Psychology. He approaches brokerage with discipline and competitiveness, influenced by his background as a Division I athlete. That experience instilled a strong work ethic, consistency, and a team-first mindset that he applies to his work with clients and colleagues.
He has a keen interest in analyzing market trends, growth corridors, retail demand, and development opportunities, focusing on identifying strategic expansion prospects throughout the Midwest and surrounding regions.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys firing up the grill, traveling to new places, and taking advantage of any opportunity to get out and explore.
