Associate - Brokerage
Richie joined Pace in 2025 and supports the retail team with leasing efforts across the St. Louis region. He brings hands-on experience in acquisitions, market research, and small-shop leasing, with a background in both commercial and multi-family assets.
Before joining Pace, Richie worked with Mallard Land Holdings and Nash Properties, where he concentrated on market analysis, identifying new acquisition opportunities, underwriting properties, and reaching out to business owners to fill small-shop vacancies. His responsibilities included property valuations, proforma and comparable analysis, and building relationships with brokers, sellers, and owners—experiences that directly support his role in retail leasing.
Richie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Missouri.
Outside of work, Richie loves exploring with family and friends. Staying active is important to him, whether through working out, golfing, or skiing. He’s an avid skier who travels to Colorado each year, aiming for 10–14 ski days per season. Richie is also passionate about conservation, especially waterfowl and turkey hunting.
